Maison is a modern American bistro rooted in Southern produce and French technique. Our menu changes with the seasons — not as a gimmick, but because great cooking starts at the farm.
Chef Dominique Reyes leads a kitchen that prizes patience, precision, and the kind of flavour that only comes from doing things properly.
